From Concept to Implementation
CCE has been working with the Glenferrie Traders Association over the last 5 years and in particular the Glenferrie Festival. In that time we have taken the Glenferrie Festival from 40,000 to over 100,000 patrons. CCE design and manage all aspects of this great event.
After a 9 year hiatus, the Bentleigh Traders Association appointed CCE to bring back the Bentleigh Festival and within 5 months CCE produced the largest festival they had ever seen 45,000 people. We can't wait to see where this festival will go.
Halloween Family Events
CCE currently plan and implement two Family Friendly Halloween events for clients. Each event attracts up to 5000 patrons. They offer a great way for clients to engage with the community while growing awareness and increased patronage of their businesses.
CCE is about bringing that fun, engaging, festival feeling back to local venues. We partner with independent venues and producers to shine a light on their brilliant work, and to help bring more people together to experience it all.
Cheltenham Level Crossing Removal Engagement Program
CCE have been engaged to design and implement a engagement program to assist the Cheltenham Traders during the level crossing project. A simple "Shop and Win" program that is based on reward and recognition, focused on bringing office workers from KCC, APT and Medicare offices to frequent the precinct on an ongoing basis - creating new habits, while making if fun and rewarding for all stakeholders

Administrative and Governance
Compulsory Marketing & Business Development Funds for Centres (Special Rate & Charge or BID Programs)
CCE help with the development, review and renewal of centre marketing and development funds (also known as BIDs) organised through a compulsory levy on properties.
